CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION CREDITS
The United States Court of International Trade has been accredited by the New York Continuing Legal Education Board as an accredited provider of continuing legal education courses and programs in accordance with §1500.4(c) of the Rules and Regulations. A maximum of 4.5 credit hours of Continuing Legal Education Credits will be available for attendance.
New York Attorneys: You will be issued a Certificate of Attendance informing you of the number of CLE credits you earned that have been approved by the New York State Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Board for the Conference. Non-New York Attorneys: You will be issued a Certificate of Attendance informing you of the number of CLE credits approved by the New York State CLE Board for the Conference. However, you will need to submit the Certificate of Attendance, the application for CLE credit appropriate to your state and any additional information (this generally includes a copy of the program announcement, timed agenda, faculty biographies, program description and, if required, a copy of the course material) to the CLE Boards of the states in which you are admitted to the Bar.
Note: Please be sure to review your state's CLE Credit Application to ensure that you submit all the required material.
In accordance with §1500.4(b)(12) of the NYS CLE Program Rules and under §10(B) of the NYS CLE Board Regulations and Guidelines, Certificates of Attendance will be issued within 60 days after the occurrence of the course or program.
